We usually reply within 2–3 business days.
If you're reporting a problem, it helps to include your iPhone model, your iOS version, and the app version (Settings → the version number at the bottom of the list). If a calculation looks wrong, send the numbers you typed in — dose, vial strength, water volume and syringe — so it can be reproduced.
We can't answer questions about what to take, how much, or how often. PeptideCalc does the arithmetic on numbers you enter; the numbers themselves have to come from a licensed healthcare provider.
Everything the app records stays on your iPhone, so there is nothing for us to look up, restore, or delete on your behalf. See the Privacy Policy for details.
